Who we are… We are a small family operated Foundation. Through our Foundation we offer services to our non-profit organization Celesta Haven. Celesta Haven was formed to be a devout Christian humanitarian host and light to those that are in need of a life changing experience. It is our goal to further expand our charitable and philanthropic works, in order to reach out to more people that are in need.
Celesta Haven, our non-profit entity; we took careful consideration of the name as we have so many different facets of reaching out to those in need. We wanted a name that would reflect love and safety without boundries. Celesta has a meaning of “Of the Heavens”. Haven has a meaning of “safety or refuge”. We know that it is our highest priority the moment any family member, volunteer, visitor, counselor, child, teen or young adult enters any of the properties and into the homes that all will feel at home, safe and welcomed. This individual person is about to experience nature without boundaries.
The very core of Celesta Haven is about reaching out to those that are unable to help themselves or they desire more resources. At our ranches / camps it is our goal to host many organizations as humanitarian (with little to no cost) events. Many of these organizations go from year to year focusing on fund raising so they can obtain the cost of a retreat for a five or six day stay. The less these organizations have to pay for their ‘camp’ the more they can serve; children, youth and adults.
The vision… We aim to acquire several ranches that will ultimately complement one another, not only in location but in order to become a self-sufficient group. These ranches will work together to become commercially profitable enabling us to develop and raise up our non-profit activities. Some of the ranches will already be up and running, with management teams in place and profitable. Additionally, some of these ranches will be starting from a standing point, will be built up, and will create a bespoke brand of ranches that will blend in to the overall long term plan.
When our guests stay with us, not only do they become part of our family, but they are also contributing to the greater good of the not for profit branch, Celesta Haven, of the selected ranches. The joy and adventures your children partook in just contributed to allowing a foster child of the state or a youth at risk experience the same. Or the adventures you and your spouse or significant other enjoyed just invested into allowing a disabled veteran to enjoy fishing the solitude of the river banks.
The idea behind our Ranches and what the purposes would be came about in the year of 2009. It started off on a much smaller scale, but after many years of planning, focus, heartache and joy it has become a true inspiration. Where we are today is what we have been dreaming and planning about. It goes to show, with a large dose of determination and a solid plan, a God given dream can turn into a reality.

As a young girl raised in a small town in Nebraska, the joys of living in a rural and family based community could be compared to none. Being raised on the importance of having strong ethics, morals and family values along with the love for the outdoors came exceptionally easy. Now, as an adult, and seeing the need for children and adults to experience first-hand what it is like to be able to cast a line out into the lake or river, or to ride a horse and experience the trust and freedom of one of God’s greatest creatures. And for a guest to simply escape the city and metro areas and enjoy the serene presence of the outdoors can deliver an experience to hold true and never forget.
