Wet Mountain Wild Horse Sanctuary
Guests are able to experience the most outdoor adventure available. Stay in a luxury tent or cabin where the horses are right out of your doorway. Wake up to the crisp early morning with a hot chocolate or coffee and plan your day of horse back riding, fishing or just simply relaxing and taking in the quiet of the outdoors. Spend your evening by the fire enjoying a Ranch wine with your gourmet dinner.
Guests are always welcome to see how they can help by spreading the efforts by word of mouth and sponsoring or 'adopting' a wild mustang.

Our planned wild horse rescue for up to 1000+ wild horses at any given time on 17,000 acres will provide the space and freedom that these wonderful horses deserve. It is the intent of Wet Mountain Wild Horse Santctuary to raise the awareness on the ranches that these living and breathing souls need our voice for protection.
The sanctuary is self-sustaining to provide shelter, privacy, care and pasture for the rescued horses.

Wild Horses are living national treasures and a symbol of our freedoms and our heritages. These magnificent creatures deserve to be given respect. Unfortunately they have human predators. If we don't stand up for them, who will?
The Wet Mountain Wild Horse Santctuary mustang rescues will never be chased down and put into a stressful or injuring round-up again. Some will be trained and offered for adoption to approved homes. They will always have plentiful food and water sources at home on the ranch.
